5 Pieces of Advice for Stressed Out Brides

You’re engaged, and the wedding date is approaching faster than you thought it would. Understandably, you’re stressed.

Here are five pieces of advice you should take to ease your mind!

One: Don’t take on all the work yourself!
Ask for help from your fianc√©, family, and friends. If you’re worried about things getting done the “right” way, assign them with easy tasks like putting stamps on your invitations!

Two: Go to a spa!
Take a break from wedding planning, and just relax. Do something with your friends, and don’t talk about the wedding! ¬†For relaxation on a budget, check out daily deal sites like Groupon for a great service at a great price.

Three: Make a checklist!
This will help you sort out your thoughts.

Four: Burn some calories!
If you’re like many brides, chances are you want to get and/or stay fit for your big day. Going to the gym or for a run will help you with that and allow you to let off some steam.

Five: BREATHE
Everything thing will be alright. Before you know it, you’ll be having the time of your life at your reception and won’t even understand why you were stressed to begin with.
